Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents were a Russian and Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She can speak fluent German Russian English, French Persian as well as Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. When she was 11, she choreographed a performance that gained her an appearance on German TV as a graceful Russian snow maiden who transforms into a playful Indian dancer. The girl graduated high school within New York before earning a bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. In college, she attended acting classes at the HB studio but the moved on to study improvisation at the Groundlings School taking on several comedy-related projects afterward. She was created in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). When she was 13 when her parents split up, she left Kabul Afghanistan, to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell as well as Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. Television actress most famous for her portrayal of an ex- KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She is known for her recurring roles in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
